District Land Sales and Leases
- Lot sales in District communities: there are no municipal-owned lots for sale at this time, except in Uranium City. For Uranium City inquiries please email [email protected] and include proposed lot use and lot and block number, if known. For private land sales, please contact the property owner or a real estate agent.
- Land sale and lease inquires outside of District communities: contact the Ministry of Environment. Please note: lease agreements which exceed 10 years (together with any renewal terms), require subdivision approval.
- Subdivision: Community Planning, Ministry of Government Relations, is the approving authority for all subdivision applications in the province (outside of select larger municipalities). Click here for more information and online application form.
