FAQ - Are the Flood Regulations New?

The flood regulations that are in the new Zoning Bylaw are very similar to the regulations that were in the 2006 Zoning Bylaw, and is based on the same flood hazard information from the Water Security Agency. The new bylaw provides examples on how to protect your home from flood if your property is in the identified flood area.
