Northern Hamlet of Weyakwin


The Northern Hamlet of Weyakwin is located along Highway 2, almost halfway between the municipalities of La Ronge, SK and Prince Albert, SK.  This adorable community has a population of 100 people (2021 Census), and is actively engaged in planning for their future.

Under the Planning for Growth North program, Weyakwin adopted their Official Community Plan and Zoning Bylaw, which came into effect on March 3, 2017.
